Hershey goes swimming! (video)

Hershey is almost a year old and I got this update from Jeremy.....

He weighed in at 95 lbs today. This guy never gets tired... I end up throwing my arm out. Very smart and is a very quick learner. Had a couple scary moments where he would chew, swallow and not throw it up. I am just glad it passed and we been good for a while. Tomorrow we are off to some open land and water to attempt to get him tired lol.

Hi Beth,

Barley is a beautiful addition to our family. He is currently about 100 lbs and is an amazingly sweet bundle of energy. He loves everyone and loves all other dogs. At the beginning of the new year, I plan on getting him a companion. I’d love to get a female lab over a year old if you know of any available. I have a bunch of videos of him, but they are too big to send, and all my pictures are from when he was younger. I’ll take some this weekend and send you some pictures next week… Sorry to hear that you had to sell the big horses. How did the Great Pyrenee take the news?

What a doll Lucy is! She had a nice ride home and slept a bit. Best of all, our border collie, Maggie, was so welcoming. :0) She ate, drank, peed twice and pooped...all outside! Right now she is playing with some chewy things and getting lots of love from us. Thank you again. Here are some pictures.

2/14/12 This email arrived from Jerry, "Not sure if you remember me but I bought one of the chocolate Labs born on 11/15/2009. She was pink camo. Just by way of an update she is a fantastic dog. Very smart. Very athletic. Still weighing in around 61 pounds. She is a small lab. I swear everywhere we take her we are complimented on how good she looks and how pretty she is. Her color is beautiful and her physique is perfect. She has a great disposition and is very gentle with other dogs. We have been able to train her to do a bunch of tricks which she is very Proud of. She is still a Frisbee catching machine. She is well behaved other than when she is just too excited to see someone or another dog. I guess that is still the puppy in her. Her bladder issues have pretty much gone away with age other than if she swims too much we have to watch her a little. Overall we could not be happier. I just wanted to let you know that your breeding worked out fantastically for us."
