The video on the left was taken on 7/12/08 as the sun went down. Noah was full of himself! You can also see that our neighbor girl has endless energy. We drove to their house, ate lasagna and drove home at 10:30 PM!

Stallions are a different creature than geldings or mares, and this boy is just 3 yrs old. When driving, I keep contact with his mouth. This is all new for me, because I have a Western Pleasure background, wherein you never want the horse's mouth to touch or be heavy on your hands. He is inconsistent at quite a few things due to being still fairly new to the cart (or it may be because I am not a trainer, per se). For example, watch his stops. He will still resist the bit every now and then. Also, when I really drive him into an extended trot, he still breaks gait once in a while and picks up a lope. This should all become consistent over time. He has a very nice head set and is a willing learner. There is no tail switching or bad attitude about work.

He just turned 3 years old this June 2008. He is a color producer and carrying the desirable Frame Overo gene. He is homozygous black and  sHe is also heterozygous for the Tobiano gene. This means that even when bred to a solid colored mare, there is a 50% chance of him producing a Frame Overo and a 50% chance of him producing a Tobiano.

We didn't know Noah as a baby, but boy was he a cutie! See his two blue eyes?!?!

Noah shares the same father as 5 of our 2008 foals!

We are enjoying being able to drive him while all of our mares are foaling. The mares are on maternity leave, but no breaks for the stallions. Here is Noah driving in April of 2008. He is getting more and more consistent with his head. He came to us never having been hooked up and has taken to driving very easily.

Noah is leggy, very correct, blue-eyed, easy to handle with the mares and has a fun, playful personality.

March 31, 2008. another Noah was essentially born when we bred to Lucky Four Real Doll to Ultra Mycall Jacksum. Click here to see this colt!

Noah has sired his first baby! This baby is leggy...just what is desirable in today's show ring. Click here to meet him.

"Noah" is driving! Click here to see him on his second drive! Look at his natural headset!

Noah is sold into a wonderful home!

His new owner may use him as a driving horse in the Mini Mystique. Boy; would I be proud of him! This is my last view of the little boy that I was so teased about. My girls said I spent more time grooming him than I did myself.
