We have her just
barely started in cart, and I took some video shots. She is just
learning to carry herself, and breaks gait frequently.
Obviously, she is not yet collected, and her head is
inconsistent. But, she is so graceful for a beginning drive.
DeeDee is
fun to drive. She has a natural hooky neckset that comes from her
daddy, Design. Due to her long legs
and free shoulder, she has great extension! With
Rhotens Little Dandy on top and on bottom, this girl is elegant when trotting! I believe she will develop into a top level
Country Pleasure horse. I am not guaranteeing height for the AMHA showring. I have not ever tried to keep her feet short, but I
doubt she would measure in.
Look at the video
below and how she naturally uses her hind end and rocks back on
her hindquarters. Great impulsion. Add to this, her natural
headset.
